Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. We currently accept:

Note: Available payment options are automatically tailored to your region and device at checkout.

• Store Currency: Our prices are displayed in Euros (€).
• Local Display: If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
• Transparent Charges: The price shown at the final checkout stage is the exact amount we will charge. Any import duties or taxes collected by the destination country on arrival (see Section 5) are charged separately by local authorities, not by ZALCEN.
• Billing Descriptor: Transactions appear on your statement as: ZALCEN.

📜 4. Invoices & Billing

After your order is confirmed, a digital order confirmation will be sent to your email address, including an itemized list of products, any discounts, and applicable fees. If you have a specific billing request, contact us at contact@zalcen.com.

• Taxes: Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout where required.
• Import Duties: Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on arrival. Where applicable, these are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
